We have been to Paris several times and instead of a hotel, we decided to stay in an apartment for the first time. Finding Karina was very helpful. We spent a few hours with her. She is like a super concierge person at a great hotel. She helped us buy food, plan tours, find restaurants, showed us the important places near the apartment, helped us with metro cards , etc. This was the perfect way to get oriented and organized if you are staying in an apartment or have a lot of questions. She was terrific and we highly recommend her.​
