We used Travel Light Paris to try to secure a hard-to-get restaurant reservation in Paris. After initial rejection by the restaurant, Karina stayed on the case when others might have given up. We were impressed by her professionalism and her human touch. It was our 30th anniversary, and we were grateful for her persistence in getting us a table. We highly recommend her.

I used Karina’s services to plan a week long Paris visit. We had a zoom meeting to discuss what I wanted to see, and Karina planned an itinerary that met those goals perfectly. Everything was pre-booked, tickets purchased, clear instructions, (meeting places etc) and it was all outlined clearly in an email I could save, and in my case, printed out. It meant a stress free vacation, where I could enjoy the scheduled attractions, and had time to wander freely and explore. The G7 app was fantastic for taxis, and we used the Bonjour RATP for the Metro. Brilliant! Many thanks to Karina for helping make this a stellar experience.

Even if you’ve been to Paris, Karina’s services are worth it! Karina made our family Paris trip absolutely perfect! We went for my 50th birthday for one week and the highlights of our trip were all activities suggested by Karina!
I’ve been to Paris several times as an adult tourist and for business, but I still contacted Karina to help plan the right type of trip for the first time going with my family, including a preteen. I loved working with an individual rather than a travel company and I appreciated being able to customize the daily itineraries to our specifications. Karina is warm, patient, creative with ideas, and flexible to meet your needs. She does not do a cookie cutter itinerary for you!
She spoke with me at length about our family interests, how to pace the day (not too hectic, not too slow), and how to mix up the types of activities. She made lots of suggestions and together we narrowed down what worked for one week.
Two of our absolute favorite activities were ones that Karina suggested and ones we would not have chosen on our own: a dinner cruise (picture of the Eiffel Tower at night was taken from the river cruise) and a spectacular and truly special food tour (picture of our amazing cheese spread).
Karina also is incredibly honest. She bought all of our pre-timed tickets and purchased our tours but without the huge markup I’ve experienced working with travel companies.
Her restaurant suggestions also were excellent! There are no shortage of phenomenal restaurants in Paris, but not all are great for kids/teens/families. I made a few of my own recommendations that she booked for us and then she recommended some, all of which were excellent.
She made our trip so easy! She compiled our trip itinerary into easy to read daily itineraries with additional suggestions for lovely places to stop, pretty streets, nice cafes, stores, etc. in one PDF for easy reference. She also sent the timed tickets, tour reservations, and dinner reservations together with links in the itinerary so it’s easy to reference on the go and access when touring.
I cannot recommend enough how Karina’s services truly helped make our trip perfect and special for our family and for my 50th birthday!

Karina is wonderful! We had an amazing experience working with her for our Spring 2024 trip to Paris. There were 8 members in our group and Karina crafted the perfect itinerary for us all. She listened to our travel goals/must see destinations and came up with an organized way to fit it all in and suggested other “can’t miss” activities. She booked all of our restaurants and tours. She provided us with a very organized/detailed packet that included info about our tours, timeline and tickets, down to best ways to get around Paris and things to look for as we walked from place to place. Karina made our family trip to Paris so memorable!  We had a large group and a large age range and she did a fantastic job with helping us balance activities and navigate the complicated systems of museum and restaurant reservations.
Her intimate knowledge of the city was so helpful.  She set up amazing tour guides, managed to get us seated at "special tables" in delicious restaurants, and allowed us to have flexibility at times during our trip.  We can't wait to return and will surely use Karina again to aid us in our itinerary.  She was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.  Our trip was a huge success because of her!  Thank you, Karina!
