Karina was wonderful. This service is a must for anyone traveling to Paris. We arranged for the welcome basket upon our arrival and it was the perfect thing for us. She spent time helping us to get orientated to the area, arrange transportation and passes for our visit. But it didn’t stop there – when we left, she arranged our personal transportation to the airport with a driver that went way beyond being helpful. He helped us with our luggage, checked our bags, got our boarding passes and lead us to the security entrance. The personal care from Karina was simply amazing.​
