We have been to Paris several times and instead of a hotel, we decided to stay in an apartment for the first time. Finding Karina was very helpful. We spent a few hours with her. She is like a super concierge person at a great hotel. She helped us buy food, plan tours, find restaurants, showed us the important places near the apartment, helped us with metro cards , etc. This was the perfect way to get oriented and organized if you are staying in an apartment or have a lot of questions. She was terrific and we highly recommend her.​

I would like to thank you for your service which helped to make our family vacation in Paris very comfortable. It was wonderful to arrive after a long flight to our apartment and have the kitchen already stocked with so many of the items that my husband, three daughters and I would need. We were glad to have some wonderful things to eat and drink in the apartment for a few days until we were a bit more settled and ready to do a little more shopping. We loved the French baguette and assortment of cheeses and the snacks and fresh juice and assorted yoghurts. The copious amount of fresh fruits and vegetables were well appreciated. It was wonderful to have good quality coffee on hand and the wine for the evening was a lovely touch.

It was also helpful to receive your tips on Paris and vegetarian and vegan restaurants. You were responsive and easy to communicate with and you accommodated our varied dietary requests very well. There were many thoughtful additions like stamped postcards and metro tickets.

We loved working with Karina! She customized a most beautiful panier for my mother's 70th birthday filled with an exceptional champagne, three delicious cheeses and accompaniments, the freshest baguette and cherry tomatoes, a sweet bouquet of roses and a card with a birthday note from my sister and myself. It felt so personalized and was such a treat to find it waiting for us when we arrived after our 16 hour flight! But Karina provided amazing service way beyond the panier! We were in touch by text and email throughout our stay, and she was always so quick to respond - answering so many questions about restaurants and cultural activities. She helped us get set up with a wonderful market tour and cooking class and made dinner reservations for just about every night of our stay. It was such a relief to have help with our dining plans and all of her recommendations were excellent. I cannot recommend Travel Light Paris enough. Working with Karina truly enriched our experience in Paris - and definitely made it easier and more delicious!!

We loved the wine tasting. As a wine lover, I learned and had amazing information. The oenologist very friendly and knowledgeable, made us travel in the aromas, flavors and sensations. It was a great experience and I recommend it.

We loved the welcome basket! The champagne was truly fantastic. What we liked about it was its true chocolate undertones, which, to us, signify an excellent champagne. And the rest of the basket was yummy, wonderful, and useful – a rare combination. We carried the jellies with us all the way to Prague because we couldn’t bear to leave them behind. Travel Light Paris did an excellent and thoughtful job in putting the components together.
