I would like to thank you for your service which helped to make our family vacation in Paris very comfortable. It was wonderful to arrive after a long flight to our apartment and have the kitchen already stocked with so many of the items that my husband, three daughters and I would need. We were glad to have some wonderful things to eat and drink in the apartment for a few days until we were a bit more settled and ready to do a little more shopping. We loved the French baguette and assortment of cheeses and the snacks and fresh juice and assorted yoghurts. The copious amount of fresh fruits and vegetables were well appreciated. It was wonderful to have good quality coffee on hand and the wine for the evening was a lovely touch.

It was also helpful to receive your tips on Paris and vegetarian and vegan restaurants. You were responsive and easy to communicate with and you accommodated our varied dietary requests very well. There were many thoughtful additions like stamped postcards and metro tickets.
