TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment for any service is requested at time of order;
- Payment can be by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal to our French account;
- Bank charges and credit card fees are at the clients’ cost so that we receive the amount invoiced;
- Anything purchased on behalf of clients is payable on demand prior to arrival, or on delivery by agreement.
- Tickets and activities purchased for a client will be refunded only if we are able to have these refunded by the provider;
- We will alert clients to cancellation policies and timelines of providers;
- We advise travel insurance to cover costs in the event of cancellation.
Care and Responsibility:
- We do our utmost to ensure you will be delighted with all activites and experiences with our trusted partners, however as we are not always the final service provider, we cannot provide guarantees. You will have full service provider information prior to committing, and we will always do our maximum to assist in every way.
