Payment Schedule:

  • Payment for any service is requested at time of order;
  • All tickets or activities purchased on behalf of clients must be paid for in full at least one week prior to arrival;

Payment is via PayPal. We will send you the payment link.
Cancellation:

  • Tickets and activities purchased for a client will be refunded only if we are able to have these refunded by the provider;

We advise travel insurance to cover costs in the event of cancellation.
Care and Responsibility:

  • We do our utmost to ensure you will be delighted with all activites and experiences with our trusted partners, however as we are not always the final service provider, we cannot provide guarantees. You will have full service provider information prior to committing, and we will always do our maximum to assist in every way.
